Our center is open 3 days a week – Our center is staffed with volunteers who will gladly assist you in your research.
- Tuesday afternoons 1pm – 4 pm
- Friday all day 10 am – 4 pm
- Saturday morning. 9 am – noon
2026 Microfilm Digitization Drive: The current board is wanting to digitize more newspapers, but we need your help!!! Each roll of microfilm cost $200.00 to digitize and we have over 10 rolls to go for this year.
If you like seeing the online newspapers on our website, please help and donate through PayPal. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization, and your donations are tax-deductible. Thank you.

GIFTING WITH STOCK: The McDonough County Genealogical Society has an account with Seth Minter, Edward Jones in Macomb, IL to accept the gifting of stock. Please keep us in mind in your planning.
